This Dust-Free Conveyor is made for conveying linseed at a maximum flow rate of 70 tonnes per hour. The installation uses two motors to drive the conveyor belt, both of which are equipped with frequency control. The conveyor belt has a width of 800 mm. The total oversized length is 8.76 m, the total height is fixed at 6.05 meters. The metal parts that may come into contact with the product are always made of stainless steel. The fitted compressor and dust collector provide the necessary dust extraction. The entire installation can be deployed as a mobile device. The fitted tilting unit makes it possible to move the DFC-S into spaces with a lower clearance.
