Our experienced engineers and technicians first design and then build each Bulkshooter entirely in Belgium. After a series of comprehensive tests, the Bulkshooters are disassembled and are ready for shipment to their final destination.
The installation is fully controlled by means of a PLC. Our team can monitor the installation from the outside at all times to avoid or correct any malfunctions.
Our intelligent machine is equipped with sensors to measure the tilt.
Level differences up to 30 cm are automatically corrected so that the machine is always level.
The installation is equipped with 16 wheels, coupled to 8-wheel axles. You can choose between two-wheel or four-wheel steering. Switching can be done quickly and easily using the supplied software.
The entire machine can be operated by one operator. This makes the bulk shooter easy to control from the ship. In addition, only one person is needed to move the device.
